Safety on the work floor starts with people who know what they're doing. That's what we show up for every day.
Practice, not theory
HefPro trains people who work daily with forklifts, reach trucks, and other internal transport equipment. Not in a classroom far from the shop floor, but in-company — at your location, on the machines and in the spaces where your people work every day. That way, they don't learn how things are supposed to work in theory, but how they work in their own practice.
We work in small groups, so everyone gets behind the wheel and no one is just a spectator. Safety and quality come first — not as a tick on a checklist, but because a well-trained operator makes the difference between a day that goes well and a day that doesn't.
The person behind HefPro
Behind HefPro is Niels Klaassens. With over eight years of experience in logistics and six years as a trainer, he knows the shop floor from the inside — how goods move, how people work together, and where things go wrong in practice.
