As an employer, you're responsible for safe working on the floor. We make sure your team demonstrably is — trained on your own machines, at your own location.
Practice first
HefPro trains the people who work with forklifts, reach trucks and other internal transport every day. Not at a training centre far away, but in-company — at your location. We cover the theory and the test in a room at your own premises, and the practical training on your own machines and in the spaces where your team works every day. We teach the theory clearly and in full, but the emphasis is on practice: what they learn, they apply the very next day.
We work in small groups, so everyone gets behind the wheel and no one is just watching. For us, safety isn't a box to tick: a well-trained operator is exactly the difference between a day that goes well and one that goes wrong — and between demonstrably meeting your health-and-safety obligations or not.
The person behind HefPro
Behind HefPro is Niels Klaassens. With over eight years in logistics and six years as a trainer, he knows the shop floor from the inside — how goods move, how people work together, and where things go wrong in practice.
"In logistics, people work with heavy machinery in a busy environment every day. Most of the time it goes fine. But not always. I've seen situations where three machines are moving at once, people take a quick shortcut, and no one is really aware of the risk. Not out of ill will — out of habit, time pressure, or a lack of knowledge at the right moment. You don't forget those moments. They're exactly why I do what I do."
Because most accidents are preventable. Not with more rules or more signs, but with people who understand why safe working matters — and how to apply it on their own shop floor.
