Order picker operators travel with the platform — safety at height is not optional. But with orders constantly coming in, it can feel impossible to take your pickers off the floor. Refresher Without Downtime lets you keep safety certificates current without stopping your picking operation.
We come to your site and start with a short group session on safe working at height and platform controls. Then employees rotate one by one — approximately one hour each. The rest of the team keeps picking. No backlog, no lost productivity.
Keeping safety at height up to date
With the order picker, the operator rides up together with the load — which makes safe behaviour at height all the more important. The refresher pays specific attention to this, alongside refreshing general driving skills and working in a racking environment. We start together with a short theory session, after which everyone takes their turn individually while the rest keep working.
