Theory that sticks

Theory doesn't have to be dull. At HefPro we always tie the theory to practice — so employees understand why something matters, not just that it's required.

Theory, grounded in practice

We always connect the theory to your employees' day-to-day work — to the machines they use, in the environment where they work.

1

Linked to practice

We cover every theoretical topic with examples from logistics and internal transport. No abstract rules, but situations employees recognise from their own work floor.

2

Textbook in advance

Every participant receives a textbook beforehand. That way employees can prepare calmly at their own pace, and we start the training day on a solid footing.

3

Self-study pays off

For training that ends with a theory exam, a degree of self-study is required. The textbook helps with this. Those who prepare well have the best chance of a good result.

What do we cover per training?

The theory content differs per machine and always matches the risks and working situation of that vehicle.

  • Stability triangle and lifting capacity
  • Technical operation of the vehicle
  • Ergonomics and safe working
